During most of its nearly 500-year history, it was an important military outpost for Spain and later the United States. This will be an outside visit with a photo opportunity and some important facts will be shared by your knowledgeable tour guide. The final part of the day will be spent exploring the lower parts of Old Town San Juan with a leisurely stroll down Paseo De La Princesa. Admire the old fort walls and stunning water views and learn about the many statues and small exhibits along the boulevard.
