Una Visita a Messina (SPANISH LANGUAGE)

Travel through Messina on an orientation tour of the city passing the main points of interest along the north coast to reach Cape Peloro, the closest point to the mainland. Continue through the villages of Ganzirri and Torre Faro and their small saltwater lakes used for mussel farming. After a brief stop, return to Messina to visit the Cathedral, rebuilt almost entirely after the 1908 earthquake, with an interesting carved central door from the 15th to 16th centuries. See the astronomical clock that operates only at noon, a tall tower that contains the largest astronomical clock in the world. Don't miss Orion Fountain in the Cathedral Square next to the Duomo.
