Walk the Colonial Panama or Old Quarters and learn from your guide about the history behind this venue and most important highlights (such as the “Paseo Esteban Huertas”, Metropolitan Cathedral, National Theater, the Simon Bolivar Plaza and many other touristic attractions of the colonial period). We will stop at Pedro Mandinga for a Rum Tasting experience. Pedro Mandinga is the first handcrafted rum in Panama, which is distilled, in a small copper still. Afterwards, we will stop at Sisu Coffee Shop where you can learn and taste the most recognized & famous Panamanian Geisha Coffee produced by Elida State. At Sisu you will have a preview of what it is to taste the best coffee beans in the world. You will cup what we currently have on the menu from Elida, El Burro or Luito Estate. By cupping different samples of different processes you will learn about the several tasting notes that each process develops on the fruit.
