See why Bacalar Lagoon earned its nickname the "Lake of Seven Colors" while on a 6 -hour tubing adventure through mangrove forest filled with wildlife, plus enjoy a picnic-style lunch by the water. At the southern tip of Quintana Roo, you'll find the Bacalar Lagoon, the second-largest natural body of freshwater in Mexico. Spanning 1.2 miles at its widest point, the lake's waters are fed by underground cenotes, and its white sandy bottom makes it look like the ocean's floor, with several shades of blue showcased throughout. This ride will take you down the river in an inflatable tube, gently pulled by an assistance boat.
