Your adventure begins with a hop aboard a bus transfer to the city center where you will visit the upper Old Town viewing the exterior of Toompea Castle and stunning St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Stop for photos of the historic skyline at the observation platform before proceeding to the lower town for a guided walk in the UNESCO World heritage site. Then continue to to the city center train station, where a 15-minute train ride whisks you to Nomme. This quiet district of Tallinn used to be a separate city. Your stroll takes you to a small local market, where you'll enjoy free time to shop, and perhaps buy a souvenir or local products to try later. Then meander along the pleasant streets to a pastry shop, where you'll indulge in a cup of coffee or tea accompanied by a sweet or savory treat. After catching the return train to the city center, take a bus transfer back to the ship.
