Visit the Es Bosch Vell Country House (Can Company) that is intended for the management of cattle (Majorcan black pigs, sheep, and beef). First you will visit the livestock farm of Can Company and see their sustainable model and care for the animals and the beautiful island landscape. Later, to finish the local experience, you will enjoy a Pa amb Oli (Bread with oil in English, it is one of the most typical and easy to prepare dishes on the islands) with cold meat made by Can Company, served with drinks and coffee and explained by the farm's staff. On the way back to Palma, the group will stop by the Cathedral which resides over the city and frames its iconic silhouette. Constructed between the 13th and the 14th century it is one of the finest pure Gothic examples of the continent. The group will have a a photo stop from Parque del Mar before returning to the ship.
