Las Palmas is known as an economic and cultural centre of the Canary Islands and is surrounded by splendid beaches, typical churches, palaces and museums that make Gran Canaria famous for the " Art lovers' people ". You will depart from the port to visit the most important sights of the island. You will first arrive at Las Canteras Promenade & Auditorium an excellent viewpoint where you will be able to take the best pictures! Furthermore, you will go to Teror: a religious centre of the island with its '" Nuestra Senora del Pino" basilica whose name derives from the apparition of the Virgin in 1480 in the branches of a pine-tree. After this stop you will also enjoy the views of the fantastic church of San Juan Bautista (from outside) in Arucas with a short visit of this village. Before returning to the pier, you will make the most of your camera with a photo stop in Altavista before returning back to the pier.
