Meet the charming and secretive Garifuna people on Roatán Island and enjoy their music and dance performance before they teach you greetings in their native tongue. They'll give a demonstration of how to make the traditional Garifuna dish, cassava bread. Then it's on to the Chocolate Factory booth to sample special handmade Honduran chocolates and learn the history of their special coffees.
