On a picturesque drive from Seyðisfjörður, we drive over the impressive mountain pass of Fjarðarheiði, which has numerous small, scenic waterfalls. We’ll pass Egilsstaðir, a town of 2000 inhabitants and the commercial center of the area. Before we make our way back to the pier, we will enjoy traditional, homemade refreshments in the historic old farmhouse which has been built in 1939.
