On board 4WD vehicles we will leave the Pier of Ushuaia heading north. Our adventure begins in this imposing glacial valley of Tierra Mayor, which is covered in lush peat and surrounded by impressive mountains. Our 4WD adventure tour will follow an old trail formerly used by woodcutters. Due to the swampy terrain, the great trunks were extracted from the ground by oxen. The trail takes us into part of the Fuegian forest compound of Nothofagus. Here, are going to be able to have a closer look at the flora and fauna of the Tierra del Fuego (land of fire). The tour concludes at the mountain refuge. The cabin's location offers a beautiful 360º panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. A snack will be prepared while taking the last pictures of a wonderful day.
