(It was the world's tallest building for six years, before Dubai's Burj Khalifa was completed in 2010, and remains one of the world's tallest 'green' buildings.) Ask your tour guide how to purchase the admission to the observatory and Hop into a pressure-controlled elevator for the 37-second ride to observatories on the 88th and 89th floors (an outdoor observatory on the 91st floor is sometimes open, subject to weather conditions.) Admire 360-degree unobstructed views of the city below and the mountains in the distance.
