Departing from the pier you will enjoy a beautiful drive to the Sugar Shack. Upon arrival you will be greeted by the local tenants of the Cabane à Sucre (Sugar Shack). Visit an absolutely unique Maple Museum presenting the evolution and modernization of the industry throughout the years. You will see the early Indian origins up to now, which adds a cultural and educational dimension to your visit. With a time-honored tradition of harvesting maple trees, Quebec produces some of the finest maple products in the world. Following your visit of the museum, you will enter the main hall of the Sugar Shack, where you will enjoy an unforgettable evening filled with live entertainment and French Canadian folklore. A traditional "Quebecois" all-you-can-eat family style meal will be served. Following dinner, a real "Quebecois" maple taffy pull will be just one of the highlights of the evening. More song, dance, and music will be provided before you reboard your coach for a short drive back to your ship. Note: Guests must be able to walk approximately 100 yards over even and hard gravel surfaces with 2 to 3 steps.
