Great Bird Island is a 20-acre islet lying about three kilometers northeast of Antigua. Visitors regard it as a desert island dream. This is an exciting and educational tour to the Kalinago/Carib village of Touna Aute. The village is located on the Northeastern side of the island and is bounded by the stunning Pagua River. Touna Aute is surrounded by spectacular mountain gorges; and home of one of the island’s endemic parrots called the Jaco red necked (Amazonia arausiaca). There are also rare fauna and flora.
